payment terms:

  • Full payment is due at time of booking.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover)

  • The balance will include 4.712% for sales tax and an additional 4% for credit card processing fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total balance (including all processed fees).

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the total balance (including all processed fees).

  • Charters cancelled due to weather, acts of God, or circumstances beyond RHCatamaran's control, will be rescheduled or are subject to a full refund.

CHECK-IN:

We do not currently provide transportation to Kewalo Harbor. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure time. 

minimum age limit:

Children age 10 or under must wear a life jacket at all times while on board the vessel.
